Hello, I am Kathleen Hedges-as the youngest of eight children, I was always in the kitchen.

I bake from scratch as much as possible. I love family recipes and focus on flavor. I believe eating baked goods should make a memory or bring you back to one.

I am a self taught cake artist that started out with Wilton kits and from there learned  to  do cake carving, fondant and gum paste. I am constantly learning new methods to create your special cake.
